POSITION DESCRIPTIONS
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Cape Coral, Fort Myers, Naples and surrounding areas
Lead clinician for in home and community services working primarily with children and teens with Autism. Responsible for completing assessments, writing behavior plans, training & supervision of RBTs, and oversight of cases. Other duties include community trainings, staff development, program participation and development. Medicaid provider number preferred. Salary range $75,000 – $100,000.
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Pasco-Pinellas County
Lead clinician for in home and community services providing support for licensed foster families. The BCBA will support, communicate, and assist substitute caregivers by providing training and behavioral support utilizing an Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Trust Based Relational Intervention (TBRI) approach. Further, the BCBA will work in conjunction with child welfare case management staff and foster care licensing staff to assist in maintaining child safety and well-being. Medicaid number NOT required Responsible for completing assessments and behavior plans, training & supervision of RBTs, and oversight of cases. This position requires close collaboration with other professionals and working with children who have experienced complex developmental trauma. Salary range $75,000 – $100,000.

Family Specialist/Registered Behavior Technician (Multiple Locations)

The family specialist/behavior technician’s purpose is to support, communicate, and assist substitute caregivers by providing training and behavioral support utilizing an Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Trust Based Relational Intervention (TBRI) approach. Further, to work in conjunction with child welfare case management staff and foster care licensing staff to assist in maintaining child safety and well-being. Medicaid number NOT required.
Registered Behavior Technician (Multiple Locations)
Babcock Ranch, Naples, Venice, Cape Coral, and Fort Myers
Clinician for in home and community services working primarily with children and teens with Autism under the supervision of a lead clinician. The RBT will work alongside the family to implement the behavior plan, collect and enter data, and document services. The RBT will also participate in community programs and other events. Starting range $20/hour – $25/hour.

Licensed OT for in home and community services working primarily with children and teens with Autism. Responsible for completing evaluations, writing treatment plans, training and supervision of COTAs and oversight of cases. Other trainings include community trainings, staff development, program participation and development. Medicaid provider number preferred. Salary range $70,000-85,000.
Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
Babcock Ranch, Naples, Venice, Cape Coral, and Fort Myers
Clinician for in home and community working primarily with children and teens with Autism under the supervision of lead OT. The COTA will work with client on treatment plan goals and document services. The COTA will also participate in community programs and other events. Salary range $25-30.
Family Specialist
