Family Initiative announces Stephanie Hoffman as Director of Community Development

CAPE CORAL, Fla. (April 8, 2025) – Family Initiative, a leading nonprofit organization committed to empowering individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and their families, is excited to announce Stephanie Hoffman as its new Director of Community Development.

With almost 20 years of experience in the nonprofit sector, including a distinguished tenure at Junior Achievement, Hoffman brings a wealth of knowledge to Family Initiative. Her passion for community engagement and proven track record in strategic outreach make her a valuable addition to the team. Alongside these accomplishments, Hoffman was also celebrated as a Gulfshore Business 40 under 40 honoree.

President and Co-Founder of Family Initiative David Brown is excited to bring Hoffman to the team.
